Welcome to takbt, Bangladesh's trusted online betting and casino platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and takbt ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the takbt website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and all related services available at takbt.org.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on takbt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. takbt reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on this page.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To create an account and use the takbt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any activity on takbt.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, and automated systems (bots) may not open player accounts.
• You must not already hold another active account on takbt. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local regulations.

takbt reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of betting privileges and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2. Account Registration and KYC

When you register an account with takbt, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must keep this information up to date at all times. takbt will not be held responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. takbt strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility.

• Notify takbt support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use another player's account under any circumstances.
• takbt is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a player's failure to secure their credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

takbt is committed to maintaining a safe and fair betting environment. As part of our anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations, we may request identity verification documents including a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence at any stage. KYC documents may also be requested before processing any withdrawal request above ৳5,000. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may have their account suspended and pending balances held pending review.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed instantly for all supported payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment channels include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

takbt's promotional calendar follows Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All bonus expiry dates and promotional deadlines are stated in BST. Players are responsible for tracking their own bonus expiry timelines.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

takbt offers a wide variety of wagering opportunities including sports betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as live casino, slots, and crash games. The following rules apply across all game types and betting markets on the platform.

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a technical error or data feed failure affecting bet settlement, takbt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Decisions made by takbt regarding disputed bet outcomes are final and binding.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Current limits are:

• Sports betting: minimum stake ৳50, maximum stake ৳500,000 per event (subject to market-specific caps).
• Live casino games: minimum bet ৳20, maximum bet varies by table and provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt).
• Slots and crash games: minimum bet ৳10. No single spin or round may exceed ৳50,000.

6. Prohibited Conduct

In order to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on takbt:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information on live bets, or co-ordinate betting strategies in ways that constitute match-fixing or fraud.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account limits.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity. takbt maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error will be considered void and may be recovered from the player's account.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to appropriate authorities. takbt cooperates fully with law-enforcement and regulatory investigations where required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on takbt.org — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of takbt or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any takbt content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The takbt brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of takbt. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the takbt name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

takbt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using takbt, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data at all times.

takbt does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, and banking partners) strictly as required to complete your transactions, and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. takbt's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

takbt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions (including payment gateway outages) are excluded from our liability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10. Amendments to These Terms

takbt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, along with the date of the most recent update. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of takbt after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of applicable international law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage players to contact our support team in the first instance. takbt will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
